1. Responsibility for Content:

The representatives of this website ("service") are not responsible for any content created by users and for user accounts. The materials presented express the opinions of their authors only.

2. Age Restrictions:

3. Prohibited Content:

5. User Responsibility and Resource Distribution:

Distributing forum resources (downloaded from dumps or obtained by any other means) is a violation of the rules without exceptions.

Any exchange of resources with third parties or distribution to the public will be considered a rule violation, and such actions will result in a permanent account suspension. Exchange includes joint purchases, gifting, distribution, resource sharing "in a brotherly manner," and other similar actions.

You are solely responsible for the security of the files you download. If the resource you downloaded becomes accessible to others through theft or any other means, you bear full responsibility. Likewise, if the resource you acquired becomes available to others, you are also responsible, and your account will be subject to suspension.

Supporting or assisting dumpers, platforms, or groups involved in the distribution of our resources is considered a rule violation and harmful to the platform. As a result, your account may be blocked or access to resource updates that have been leaked or violated may be restricted. We strongly prohibit supporting, sponsoring, or assisting actions that infringe copyright and the terms of use of our service.

These rules are absolute and do not imply any exceptions in any form. All users are obliged to comply with them without exceptions.

6. Rights to Content and its Distribution:

You grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, and unrestricted right to use, publish, or republish your content within the service.

7. Regulation after Termination of Participation on the Platform:

After the termination of your participation on the platform or deletion of your account, the regulation of the publication and use of your resources will be conducted through convenient communication channels with the platform administration.

• Removal of the resource from the platform if the resource has no buyers or customers.
• You may continue to support and improve the resource only for existing customers, and further sales will be discontinued unless another form of collaboration is chosen during the regulation process.
• Transfer of the resource to another author at the discretion of the original author or granting these rights to the platform.
• Resolving issues with customers and providing them with a similar resource, access to updates of the existing resource, or other possible compensations at the author's discretion that satisfy both parties (customer and author).
• Granting the administration of the platform the full authority to resolve and regulate the issue.
• Other methods of regulation discussed with the platform administration.

The platform administration must receive confirmation of the resolution of the dispute situation from the resource's author.

In case the author takes no action to resolve the issues or does not respond within 14 days without providing reasons, the administration reserves the right to choose one of the regulation methods or make any other decision to regulate until the author contacts them.

You retain copyright to the content. Your copyright remains in force, notwithstanding the rights we are granted to use and distribute your content within the service.

8. Provision of Resource Updates:

By acquiring a resource, you confirm that you receive it in the condition demonstrated and described.

The platform administration reserves the right, at its discretion, to limit users' access to subsequent resource updates.

The platform administration has the right to limit access to updates or cease resource updates in the following cases:

• The resource's author has completely discontinued their activity on the platform or in general, subject to the conditions stated in point 7 of the rules.
• The resource cannot be fixed due to technical circumstances.

9. Review of Content by the Site Administration:

All content that you add, upload, or otherwise provide to the service may be reviewed by the site administration. All content that you add or upload may be sent to third-party verification services (including, among others, spam prevention services). Do not add content that you consider personal or confidential.

If your resource is not unique in appearance or contains stolen or partially copied elements (appearance/performance/implementation/ideas), we reserve the right to deny you the ability to publish the resource or demand specific corrections for its publication.

10. Transfer of Resources and Files to Another Author:

In case the author or the person who published the resource or uploaded the file refuses to maintain it or leaves the platform, they have the right to transfer their resource to another author at their discretion or provide the administration with the opportunity to transfer the resource(s) and uploaded file(s) to another author.

In other cases, the author must comply with point 7 of the rules regarding the regulation of rights to content and its distribution.

11. Account Restrictions:

The platform or administration reserves the full right, at their discretion, to restrict your account if they detect or suspect violations on the part of the account holder, with or without notice, with or without explanations. We reserve the right to take actions in accordance with our rules and policies concerning users who violate our terms of use or are suspected of not complying with these terms.

12. Communication Channels and Official Response from the Platform:

Correspondence in private messages in any messengers with the participants of the site or its administration is not considered an official response or statement. An official response from the platform is only considered a response from the administration directly through the platform's messages or in its official VKontakte group. By using private messages, users cannot consider them as official notifications or the official position of the administration. To obtain official information, users must contact the platform directly through its official channels.

13. Communication Channels with Resource Authors:

You are provided with the opportunity to use built-in communication channels with resource authors (messages/discussions) or other means of communication provided by the resource author on the resource page or obtained otherwise, for the purpose of resolving questions or making proposals.

14. Modification of Terms of Use:

The terms of use may be changed at any time without notice.

15. Acceptance of Terms:

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register and do not use our service. Using this service implies acceptance of these terms. If you wish to close your account, please contact us.
