Fixed:

• The caravan was stuck at the ends of the roads
• It was impossible to disable gui in the config
• The gametip notification option did not work

• The caravan can pass through Radtown
• The caravan will strive to choose a road where it has not yet been
• hook OnPlayerEnterCaravan(BasePlayer player)
• hook OnPlayerExitCaravan(BasePlayer player)
