perm.users работает только с правами, выданными IQPermissions?
я через PermissionsManager в основном все делаю, только премки через IQPermissions, хотел узнать не натыкал ли случайно кому-то что-то, и не получилось, реально сделать, чтобы он видел права, выданные другими плагинами или вообще консолью?
