Русская версия плагина - для её использования вам необходимо конвертировать вашу текущую установку. Это связано с тем, что все ключи в конфигурационных и других файлах были переведены на русский язык. Если вы используете английскую версию установки с русской версией плагина, он не будет загружаться, пока вы не выполните конвертацию с английского на русский.

Вы можете пропустить это и использовать предоставленный английский плагин, если хотите разобраться с этим позже.
