Reverted the Rust fix in version 3.1.0
  1. Fixed npc issues introduced in 3.0.9
  2. Fixed `Backpacks Can Be Opened At PVE/PVP Bases` sometimes blocking other containers from staying open
  3. Fixed `Apply All Lockouts Everytime` not using the correct cooldown times when enabled
  4. Added `Double Rewards At Night Time Hours` (false, option is in the profiles in the rewards section) @Lumin
  5. Added `Bypass Lock Treasure To First Attacker` options under Manual Events so servers can host manually spawned PVE events that don't lock to or eject players @PhatBlinkie
  6. Added separate XLevels and XPerience reward options to profiles (retroactive) and messages to the language file
  7. Reimplemented NPC respawn timing to run in parallel per NPC. e.g: 30 seconds means 30 seconds, not a consecutive 30 seconds * dead NPC count
  8. Rocket launchers can no longer be used in auto turrets with the "Random Weapons To Use When Unequipped" option (it broke recently, and I don't know how to fix it)

Fix for Rust update (requires Rust update)
  1. Fixed issue where oven lights would turn off when smelting
  2. Fixed `Block Damage Inside From Npcs To Players Outside` applying to npcs
  3. Fixed NPC `Weapon Accuracy` applying to npcs
  4. Fixed battering ram head not taking damage properly
  5. Call OnBagChangedOwnership() after changing deployerUserID
  6. Added support for oven lights in `Ignore List For Turn Lights On`
  7. Added eject option RFExplosives Above Dome (experimental, disabled) - works when explosives are dropped over a foundation from above the dome, such as when controlling drones.
  8. Added separate eject option for drones (disabled) - this won't prevent them from using drones altogether, they'll still find a way. Though drones are intentionally ejected further into the air to prevent the drone from crashing or becoming stuck in terrain or water.
  9. Added support for krieg containers
  10. Moved biome settings to the profiles (retroactive)
  11. Prevented container corpses from spawning
