  15. Added `Explosive Costs` to profiles for users to input costs for each base, shown in the map marker shop window. Alternatively, use this to display approximate or potential raid rewards
  16. Blocked horizontal placement of ladders on flooring
  17. Moved `Allow Players To Build` to the profiles (retroactive)
  18. Moved `Allow Players To Build (Exclusions)` to the profiles (retroactive)
